Enchanting Stay Near the Park
helpful team hygiene standard delicious food
The team demonstrated helpfulness . The food tasted delicious. Its freshness was apparent. I felt safe and cared for. It was a lovely experience.
I experienced a non-functional bath . The stopper was broken. The water continuously drained. Although I mentioned my mobility issues beforehand, the team did not address the bath issue. This was disappointing considering the price point.

The hotel is wonderfully situated! It's just within the congestion zone. This results in an extra daily charge of £25. The hotel's position allows easy access to numerous local attractions and amenities.

The location of this accommodation was quite convenient. the staff were friendly. I especially appreciated their help with directions. the room service was prompt, and my orders arrived accurately each time.
i encountered an issue with the bath . the bath stopper was not working properly. the congestion zone charge was an unexpected expense.

great location walking distance easy access dripping sink broken stopper mobility issues
I stayed in a lovely room park view. The location is great and within walking distance to almost everything you might want to see. It was very easy to get to from the airport (I took the tube).
I have a disability, and I mentioned this before my stay, so I could get a room with a bath to ease my mobility issues. The sink was dripping underneath (a minor inconvenience). The bath did not work. The stopper was broken, and water kept draining out.

excellent stay!
large bedrooms excellent location easy access
I found the staff quite knowledgeable. the townhouse bedrooms were very spacious. the location is really magnificent. It's within walking distance to many attractions! it was easy to get here from heathrow airport with a direct tube line to green park.
the rooms, though nicely decorated, felt a bit small for the price. the room was also quite hot. opening the window introduced too much noise from outside.

the hotel surprised me with some birthday touches. the turndown service included water by the bed and aromatherapy oil. i particularly appreciated that the rooms were quiet despite the central location.

I found the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room a nice touch. Breakfast included both a buffet and menu options, giving plenty of choices. I also appreciated the relationships this place has with trusted taxi services. It prevented any overcharging..
